The staff were friendly and greeted us every time we passed by The gym had free weights and machines that were surprisingly good for a hotel, way better than I expected!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Had a great time here with my friends! We loved visiting the Kōena Spa and checking out the Gatineau Water Aerodrome. The clean facilities made our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast was a nice touch. Just keep in mind it can get busy during peak hours.

We were disappointed with the cold pool. It was freezing, and some of us couldn't even swim, which really put a damper on our plans.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Ottawa West. The hotel was new, modern, and impeccably clean. My room was spacious with large windows, allowing plenty of natural light which made it pleasant and welcoming.

I wish there was a hot tub for relaxation.

I loved that they set up a crib for my baby right when we arrived, which was a nice touch, and the breakfast was delicious enough for even my picky eater. We took advantage of the indoor pool and the cozy leisure room, making our stay super relaxing. The only thing was that the breakfast area got pretty crowded, so it might be wise to go early! 😊

Impeccable cleanliness and friendly service

I had an excellent stay in a Queen Room Two Queen Beds Sofa Bed. The room was spotless, with all facilities modern and fresh. The staff went above and beyond, quickly responding to my requests. Breakfast offered a nice variety that suited everyone's taste. However, a hot tub would have really added to the relaxation options.

The room was really spacious and SOOOOO clean! I loved the indoor pool too 🏊. The breakfast could have had more fruit options, but overall a solid stay!

I had a delightful stay at Hyatt Place Ottawa with fantastic breakfast options and a super friendly staff. The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed was pristine and super comfy. Plus, the pool area was clean—a nice spot to unwind after a day out exploring. Can't wait to try nearby Big Mort's Little Pub next time!

The breakfast nook was a tad cramped, and we couldn’t find a common space for our big families to socialize. Also, we missed out on adjoining rooms which made hanging out together tricky. Maybe a live-stream of the bees would jazz things up?

The Hyatt Place was beautifully decorated, with spacious hallways and accessible facilities that made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The natural light streaming through the large windows was simply delightful!

The staff went above and beyond, especially Jeremy at the front desk, who resolved a billing issue promptly. The complimentary breakfast featured delicious hot options and kept my kids happy throughout our stay.
